- ➤ Despite losing a $535,000 grant—Food Bank of Wyoming in Rock Springs said it will keep fighting food insecurity and work to support local residents. Rocket Miner
- ➤ Entry forms for the Sweetwater County Library's fourth annual Peeps Diorama Contest were available on March 24, and the Green River library is inviting public entries that use Peeps to recreate a book. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, March 28 (voting will begin next Monday and end on April 5). Wyo4News
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Students in Sweetwater County have until Friday, March 28 to apply for one of three $3,000 scholarships for pursuing post-secondary healthcare education. The hospital’s medical staff will contribute $1,500 per scholarship—matched by the hospital for District #1 and #2 and Rock Springs Heath Academy graduates. Wyo4News
