- ➤ More than 100 Wyoming lawyers and retired judges signed an open letter on Wednesday urging Sens. Barrasso, Lummis and Rep. Hageman to condemn dangerous rhetoric against the judiciary and uphold the constitutional rule of law. The letter warned that violent threats and partisan attacks risk undermining checks and balances—calling on lawmakers to act on their oaths. WyoFile
- ➤ The Wyoming Legislature passed a residential property tax relief bill that cuts taxes by about 25% — giving most homeowners up to $1,300 back. Local assessors are preparing to implement the changes. Rocket Miner
- ➤ Today, the Wyoming Department of Transportation and Clean Harbors Environmental Services are cleaning the westbound I-80 tunnel near Green River, having removed major debris and now pressure washing the tunnel walls and ceiling—crews will remove damaged lighting and finish work by the end of next week. - ➤ Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County expanded its telepsychiatry services by partnering with QLER Telepsychiatry to offer outpatient clinic services every Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on the first floor of Specialty Clinics at 1180 College Drive — the expansion builds on a partnership that began in October 2023 to improve access to mental health care.
