The Wyoming Highway Patrol took to social media over the weekend to seek help in identifying the driver involved in a fatal hit-and-run on I-80 near Rock Springs—authorities continue to investigate the case.

Western Wyoming Community College is hosting its Annual Student Art Exhibition from May 2 to August 29 to display emerging artists’ work in painting, printmaking, ceramics, photography, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media.

The Wyoming Supreme Court is reviewing a case over a $3M dispute to decide if a sales tax exemption applies to fuel companies—a ruling that could affect oil and gas counties.

Last Friday, the FAA awarded a $8.25 million grant to the Southwest Wyoming Regional Airport in Rock Springs to modernize its 46-year-old terminal and upgrade its heating and cooling system.

The project will expand the terminal by 15,508 square feet and add a new gate — nearly tripling peak hour capacity — with work expected to finish by July or August.
