🏛️ Government
On Friday, the U.S. Department of Interior issued a new plan for water management that spares Wyoming and other Upper Basin states from mandatory cuts while Lower Basin states must reduce water use; the plan calls on Flaming Gorge Reservoir as a backup source through April 2027.
🏥 Health
Abram Jewell has been promoted to Director of Information Services at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County and will lead six technicians to support hospital systems and patient care.
He spent four years as Senior System Administrator before stepping into the new role (MHSC press release Aug. 3).
