- ➤ Today, Rock Springs is closing its outdoor pool season with a human swim day at both Blairtown and Washington Park pools from 12 to 4 p.m. Tomorrow, the Blairtown pool will host a dog-only event with small dogs from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. + large dogs from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. before it is drained, while splash pads at Garnet Park and the Family Recreation Center remain open through Labor Day.
