Rock Springs URA and Broadway Theater recognized Steven and Nick Costantino as the Volunteers of the Month for July in honor of their dedicated volunteer work.

On August 13, 2025, at 10:30 a.m., sheriff's deputies and a K9 were involved in a marine training accident on Flaming Gorge Reservoir north of Buckboard Marina when their vessel took on water and overturned — all were rescued and received precautionary medical checks with no serious injuries reported.
