- ➤ Today, two City Councils are meeting where Rock Springs will review a $70,000 request to replace Blairtown Park playground equipment and approve a $207,000 fire alarm system contract at the Civic Center while also considering an ordinance change on council members’ cash payouts—Green River will extend a state grant to complete Memorial Park upgrades including riverbank stabilization until September 30.
