The Rock Springs Beautification and Tree Board Committee honored the Sweetwater Events Complex on August 25 with its Quarterly Pride of Place Award for recent property upgrades—improvements include renovated Sage Hall and the new Spicer Pavilion on a 400-acre site that hosts over 1,000 events each year.

Several local churches have organized a month-long hygiene drive in September to collect essential items such as toilet paper, feminine supplies, and shampoo for local need.

The donations will be shared with groups including the First Congregational Food Pantry, the Food Bank of Sweetwater County, Superior Town Hall, and Rock Springs High School—working together to support community needs.
