- ➤ Yesterday, the Rock Springs and Green River Chambers of Commerce began accepting reservations for the Adopt a Tree event on a first-come, first-served basis, with trees priced at $35 in Green River and $40 or $45 plus a refundable $20 deposit in Rock Springs. The Rock Springs Chamber is also accepting reservations for the December 6 Lighted Holiday Parade with the theme 'We Built This City on Rock and Coal' as trees will be decorated along Dewar Drive, Elk Street, and Uinta Drive.
