- ➤ Bishop Steven R. Biegler suspended the Relegation Decree for Saints Cyril and Methodius Church in Rock Springs effective November 19 through February 15 — he had earlier reclassified the church from sacred use. He will meet with key representatives in January to talk about concerns over the decision. Wyo4News
- ➤ Today through November 23, the Wrapped Up Toy Drive music event will be held at the Bunning Freight Station in Rock Springs—supporting the Rock Springs Fighters’ Union 1499 annual Toys for Kids drive. The event will offer music performances with open mic sessions on today and Saturday and family activities like a bouncy house and games on Sunday. Wyo4News
- ➤ Santa will arrive at the Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County Foundation Community Christmas Event on Dec. 4 from 5:30 p.m. — 7 p.m.— where local residents will join in the holiday celebration. Rocket Miner
- ➤ Rock Springs and Green River Animal Control teamed up on November 20 for a community-wide pet food drive that collected dog and cat food at Animal Control offices and select local businesses. All donated food was distributed to food banks — helping local pet owners care for their animals. Wyo4News

- ➤ GRHS swimmer Tavia Arnell announced her commitment to Colorado State University after a supportive campus visit and consistent communication from the coaching staff—she plans to study psychology and aim for the NCAA Championships while earning praise from her coach and encouragement from her family.
