On November 21, the Rock Springs Main Street Urban Renewal Agency awarded Leti Franco of Antojitos Mi Pueblito a $1,000 paint grant to fix her building at 726 Pilot Butte Avenue (part of the Wyoming Blocks Program) to boost the Las Americas Business District (a busy area for local Latino businesses).
