Rock Springs High School announced its 2025 Hall of Fame inductees—local athletes, coaches, and community leaders—and urged the community to show Tiger Pride as the ceremony nears.

High school seniors and Western Wyoming Community College fall students in Sweetwater County can apply for the Fall/Winter 2025 Internship and Scholarship Program with the Broadway Theater to work in event management (Bunning Hall) as part of a program funded by Sweetwater BOCES; applications must be submitted by Monday, August 11 via the theater website or by phone.

Today, Farson-Eden High School named La Barge native David Jones as its new boys' head basketball coach, adding his strong ties to Wyoming basketball.

He played at Piney High School, earned a degree in Physical Education from the University of Wyoming (and gained coaching experience at Northwest College and as a student manager for the Cowboys), which supports his new role.
